Crellin remanded in custody

A 20-year-old man has been further remanded in custody in connection with an incident in Peveril Road in Willaston last week.

Christopher Crellin appeared before the High Bailiff charged with possession of an offensive weapon.

He will appear in court again on August the 28th.

Two others charged with conspiracy to obstruct justice by providing false witnesses statements in connection with the incident, 26 year-old Stacey Aston and 17 year-old Jade Karen Cooney, have been bailed until August the 21st.
