Additional foot and mouth restrictions

by isleofman.com 8th August 2007
A number of the foot and mouth restrictions around the Island have been lifted, including the prohibition on the importation of horses, although new licences will be required which include EU health certification conditions.

The blanket closure of Island footpaths is no longer necessary, however unfenced paths crossing agricultural land will remain closed.

Some paths will be re-opened on a case-by-case basis.

The export of specific meat and dairy products from the UK to the Island is prohibited.
