Charity walk postponed

by isleofman.com 6th August 2007
A charity sponsored walk due to take place this weekend has been cancelled due to the foot and mouth disease outbreak.

Manx Charity Aid’s volunteers were due to walk from Douglas to Peel along the old railway lines.

However, after taking advice, organisers say they’ll now postpone the event to a future date.

Andrea Dentith, secretary of Manx Charity Aid, says anybody with any questions can contact her on 462660 for more information.
