Island first for Foxdale school

by isleofman.com 3rd August 2007
Foxdale Primary has become the first school in the Isle of Man to be awarded the International Schools Award.

The accreditation scheme is for curriculum-based international work in schools.

During the last few years, Foxdale pupils have linked their fundraising efforts to build a village school in Uganda, with their everyday lessons.

The award will be made at a presentation on October 10.
