TT organisers in police probe

It's emerged TT organisers are at the centre of a police investigation into the deaths of three people during the Senior race this year.

A number of people from the 2007 race organisation and witnesses have been questioned, with some interviews carried out under caution.

A competitor and two spectators were killed at the 26th milestone during the final race of this year's meeting.

And Manx Radio can confirm that one person was arrested on suspicion of manslaughter on Monday, interviewed and released on bail.

While police interviews are standard practice, our Sports Editor Tim Glover says the latest development is unusual.

He explains why the term 'manslaughter' is being used:
