Manx Radio understands a person has been arrested and released on bail, as part of the police manslaughter investigation into the fatal crash at the 26th milestone during the Senior T.T..
34 year old competitor Marc Robert Ramsbotham from Norfolk and two spectators - 33 year old Dean Andrew Jacob from kidderminster, and 52 year old Gregory John Kenzig from Queensland, Australia all lost their lives in the incident.
An inquest into the deaths is ongoing, having been opened and adjourned on Thursday 21st June.
