IOM Post in Essex!

The Scouting movement celebrates its 100th birthday this week.

Tomorrow morning there's a special Sunrise ceremony on Douglas promenade, from 8am, and a corner of England has become an outpost for the Isle of Man and a centre of attention for Scouts from all over the world.

The World Scout Jamboree is being held at Hylands Park in Essex, and the Isle of Man Post Office is there as official provider of mail services at the event, as Chairman Pam Crowe (pictured) explains:
