Royal Mail strike update

by isleofman.com 27th July 2007
Post from the Isle of Man to United Kingdom addresses won't be delivered on Saturday as a result Royal Mail strike action.

However, mail between the Island and other destinations over the weekend, including Monday, shouldn't be affected.

An update from Isle of Man Post says guarantee for Special Delivery will be suspended for Monday and Tuesday, although items may be delivered outside their usual guarantee times.

It says it will continue to liase with Royal Mail on a daily basis and will provide an update about the expected disruption for next week, on Tuesday.
