by isleofman.com 26th July 2007
A 61 year old woman who failed to supply samples has been warned she is in serious danger of going to prison.

Yvonne Mary Brown of Derby Road, Douglas, admitted the offence.

Inspector Richard Power, prosecuting, said the defendant was stopped in Peel after she was seen hitting the headlight of a car.

She was arrested on suspicion of drink driving and at police headquarters twice refused to supply breath samples.

Mr Moyle said he wanted to see the video of the defendant at police headquarters following her refusal.

Brown was bailed until August 21st with a condition not to drive.
