Help for those trying to kick the habit

With the smoking ban on the way, one organisation says it’s ready to help smokers kick the habit.

Easyway, the stop-smoking franchise founded by Allen Carr, will set up shop in the Empress Hotel in Douglas in September this year.

Mr Carr’s book, the Easy Way to Stop Smoking, has sold eight million copies worldwide and the clinics he founded have helped millions of people.

Mark Keen, the organiser of the Isle of Man clinic, says so far he’s had interest from both individuals and companies (audio file attached):
