Isle of Woman Festival

by isleofman.com 24th July 2007
One of the more unusual events held in the Island last year was the Isle of WOMAN festival.

Doubts that it would catch-on proved unfounded - it was a huge success - and preparations are now underway for a second festival this October.

It's in support of the Breakthrough Breast Cancer charity. A wide range of events is on offer - with the aim of getting women to have fun and try something new - while raising money for a good cause.

Festival organiser Carole Male outlines some of the attractions at the festival to be held over the weekend the 27th to 29th of October.
