An Island homeless charity which is in the final stages of being set up has been given a fundraising kickstart by the Church of England.
Kemmyrk, meaning “Shelter” in Manx, will hold a public meeting next Wednesday to elect officers and officially vote on its name.
But it’s already attracting funds from those concerned about Island residents with temporary, insecure or no accommodation.
