College unions not consulted

A union representing Isle of Man College lecturers says it has not been consulted on a proposal that the college and the International Business School could merge.

A statement from the government yesterday said the plan was being floated, and comments should be submitted by August 10.

Secretary to the Professional Teachers Association, Peter Murcott (pictured) says no college trade Union has been sent details:
