Norwegian culture

A friendship that has lasted more than 30 years has helped the sound of Norwegian culture reverberate around the Island.

The Bryn Choir celebrated its 85th birthday by giving a number of performances.

The visit stemmed from the visit of the Manx Girls Choir to Oslo in 1973 when one of its members, St Mark’s resident, Isabel Collister, met Norwegian choir member, Astre Lokkerbekken.
