New MLC Juan Turner (pictured) has been given a job at the Department of Trade and Industry.
He will take responsibility for training and employment, replacing South Douglas MHK Geoff Corkish.
Mr Corkish will leave the DTI but stay on as a member of the Department of Tourism and Leisure.
He will also be proposed for membership of the Manx Electricity Authority at Tynwald’s July sitting.
