Derbyhaven appeal

Derbyhaven residents should not have to pay to oppose a contentious planning application for the area, says their MHK.

A number of ratepayers are appealing against proposals for 17 houses and four apartments, submitted by a company owned by businessman Graham Ferguson Lacey.

They believe such development would be out of keeping with the character of the village and will find out next month if their case has been successful.
