Thomas toys recalled

by isleofman.com 29th June 2007
The Isle of Man Office of Fair Trading has issued an urgent product recall on the following Thomas the Tank Engine toys.

The Skarloey engine, the James and Lights and Sounds James engines and their coal tenders, the water tanker and hook and ladder trucks, the musical caboose, all of which are red, and the yellow railroad crossing sign.

The surface paint on these vehicles may contain excess levels of lead, unless they have a 'WJ' or 'AZ' in their code on the bottom, in which case they're not included in the recall.

For more information, including where to send these items, call 0800 707 6652 or email rc2recall@qatc.co.uk
