Laxey and Lonan public meeting

Laxey and Lonan residents will have the chance to quiz the police and their respective commissioners this (Wednesday) evening.

The latest public meeting, organised by Laxey and Lonan commissioners and the police, takes place at Laxey Football clubhouse at 7 o’clock.

A number of issues are up for discussion, while there’ll be an update on plans to stop speeding on New Road and improve pedestrian and vehicle driver safety at the Church Hill/New Road junction.
