The Minister of Education WILL probably soon become the 'Minister for Education and Children', following a recent report from the Council of Ministers to Tynwald on progress in implementing the recommendations of the Inquiry into the Care of Young People.
It will mean more close co-operation both internally within government departments and also with external childcare agencies.
