Post early to avoid UK strike

Isle of Man Post will do everything it can to ensure that mail continues to flow during a forthcoming strike in the UK.

The Communication's Worker's Union have confirmed there will be 24 hours of industrial action starting at 3am on Friday 29th June.

There could also be further action within the next two weeks.

Chairman of Isle of Man Post, Pam Crowe MLC, says people need to get their post off earlier in the week in order to ensure it will get to its destination on time:
