Homeless "brushed under the carpet"

by isleofman.com 20th June 2007

Graham Clucas, says he sometimes feels the issue is brushed under the carpet, but it is a real problem in the Isle of Man.

The service provides basic needs, such as a hot lunchtime meal, washing facilties and clean clothes in the summer, and shelter in the colder months.
