Isle of Man to feature on Coast

The Isle of Man will gain some valuable UK-wide exposure in the popular BBC TV series 'Coast' this evening (Sunday).

It's the first time the Island has featured on the programme - but it's set to make a stunning debut before an audience of millions.

The film-makers say the Island's coast and beaches look simply stunning.

Producer Steve Evanson says bringing the programme here was a real eye-opener for all involved (audio file attached):

The programme goes in search of the Island's basking sharks - and also traces some fascinating social history.
