DTI Minister celebrates aviation success

DTI Minister David Cretney says the new Isle of Man Aircraft Registry - launched on May 1- is a fine way to fly the flag for the Island around the world.

Mainly aimed at the growing business jet market, there are already a number of M-registrations, including MELON and MICRO, with MAGIC expected in the air soon. The unspoken message of course is that Manx equals success!

Mr Cretney says the work of director of the registry, Brian Johnson, has been the cornerstone of an exciting new industry for the Island (audio file attached):
