One of the most colourful characters in Island life has revealed how important government information was inadvertently leaked to his union before it was made public.
Speaking on Manx Radio’s Perspective programme last night, Bernard Moffatt (pictured) reflected on his 21 years as the regional industrial organiser for the Transport and General Worker’s Union.
And he said its scrutiny of the Manx government was given a more than welcome insight in his early days in the job:
