Marshals injuried in fatal TT crash

It’s been revealed the two people left injured after yesterday’s (Friday) Senior TT race incident are marshals.

A statement from the Manx Motorcycle Club confirmed Hilary Musson of Ballaugh and Janice Philips of Ramsey were injured in the crash which killed 34 year old rider Mark Ramsbotham.

He came off his bike at the 26th Milestone on the Mountain section.

The two spectators who died have also been named.

They are Dean Jacob, a 33 year old security engineer from Kidderminster and Gregory John Kensick, a 52 year old retired engineer from Queensland in Australia.

Tourism Minister Adrian Earnshaw said Mark would be sadly missed (audio file attached):
