Biker died from multiple injuries

by isleofman.com 7th June 2007
An inquest has heard how a 59 year old Kent man died from multiple injuries in a collision on the Mountain Road last month.

Alan Ronald Osborne, from Rochester, lost his life on May 14 when his Suzuki motorcycle collided with a Peugeot 206 and a Fiat Ducato van, which was towing a trailer.

Mr Osborne, a gas engineer, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Susan Anne Osborne spoke to her husband the day before when, she said, he appeared to be his usual self.

Coroner Michael Moyle adjourned the hearing as police enquiries continue.
