Rider badly hurt in Superstock crash

Two-times TT winner Shaun Harris received serious injuries in a crash during today’s Superstock race.

He came off at Union Mills, suffering major fractures.

There were no other serious incidents.

Dirk Kaletsch and Craig Atkinson, who crashed at Barregarrow and Crookshanks respectively, are both said to be ok, as is 70 year-old Neil Kelly, who came off at Sulby Bridge during the parade lap.

Ken Huggart came off at Pear Tree Cottage, also during the parade lap, and suffered abrasions but is otherwise fine.
