Roads are scheduled to close at 10.45 on Saturday morning, ahead of the Bennetts' Superbike race.
John McGuinness is the favourite for the opening event of TT 2007, after hitting 129mph in practicing.
The action is scheduled to start at 12 noon.
The Superbikes will be followed by the Bavaria Beer Sidecar A race, featuring locals Nick Crowe and Dan Sayle, and Dave Molyneux with his partner Rick Long.
