Stranded marshals angry

TT marshals on duty on the Mountain Road for Saturday night's practice expressed anger at being left there until late.

The one-way system introduced on the Mountain this year meant a longer delay than normal in re-opening roads.

Dozens of extra traffic signs have to be put back in place after racing and practice sessions.

Chief Marshal Roger Hurst says he understands the revolt by those volunteers left out in the cold and he's taking urgent steps to resolve the situation (audio file attached):
