Johnston bailed

A 41 year old man has been committed to a court of General Jail by the High Bailiff.

John Robert Johnston of Fairways Drive, Santon, is charged with threatening to cause death or serious injury to Craig Philip Teare and doing an act against public justice

The offences are alleged to have been committed on April 14th.

The defendant was bailed by Mr Moyle in the sum of ?5000 with a ?10,000 surety.

Reporting restrictions were not lifted.
