by isleofman.com 23rd May 2007
The trial of a Douglas woman charged with two counts of causing death by dangerous driving will enter its closing stages tomorrow.

Acting Deemster Montgomerie spent much of today presenting his closing address and will give final directions in the morning, before the seven member jury is sent out to consider its verdicts.

Twenty-two year old Lyndsey Anne Bates, of Cronk-y-Berry denies causing the death, by dangerous driving, of Ramsey father and son John and Rowland Fieldhouse in a collision on the Mountain Road in November 2005.
