Police survey cost revealed

The recent police satisfaction survey cost the Department of Home Affairs over ?13,000.

The figure was revealed in the House of Keys by Minister Martyn Quayle, in reply to questions from North Douglas MHK John Houghton.

Challenging some of the findings, Mr Houghton asked whether Mr Quayle (pictured) was convinced that 98 per cent of the 1,001 respondents felt safe living in the Island, and 90 per cent were satisfied with the constabulary:
