Bus theft - investigations continue

The Department of Tourism and Leisure says it's not yet clear how one of its bus was stolen from the Peel depot on Saturday evening.

The vehicle was driven into Atholl Place before smashing head-on into the front window of estate agents Black Grace Cowley.

Two men from Douglas have been interviewed in connection with the incident and released on police bail while further enquiries are made.

Head of Buses, Steve Howson, says exact details of the incident are still sketchy (audio file attached):
