Government Lab to test TT fuel

by isleofman.com 14th May 2007
The Isle of Man Government Laboratory will play its part in ensuring this year's TT races are conducted on a level playing field.

It will test the fuel used by all winners and placeholders on behalf of the Race Scrutineers, to make sure it conforms to the required specification.

Failure to do so could result in disqualification from that particular race.

In readiness for this year's centenary event, the equipment used by the laboratory has been updated to maximise its effectiveness in checking modern fuels.
