Information centre for Ramsey ratepayers

by isleofman.com 12th May 2007
Ramsey ratepayers can keep well informed on the progress of a ?7.3 million 52-home development in the town.

The commissioners have opened an information centre at the former Lezayre Stores on the Lezayre Estate to enable residents to keep up-to-date with its re-development.

It’s now open between two o’clock and four on Monday afternoons and from 10am until 12 noon on Thursdays.

Lead member for housing, Edwina Carlile, said the board had always tried to maintain close liaison with the residents and the centre would further supplement the monthly newsletters it distributes.
