by isleofman.com 10th May 2007
A 31 year old Douglas man has admitted two offences of assault causing actual bodily harm.

James Clegg, of Murray's Road, assaulted Neil Bullivant on September the 2nd and again the following day, in two different licence premises in Douglas.

Mr Bullivant sustained a chipped tooth and bruising in the attacks.

High Bailiff Michael Moyle has bailed Clegg until the 29th of May with a warning that custody is a possibility and adjourned sentence for reports.
