A 24 year old Douglas man has admitted a charge of assault causing actual bodily harm after attacking a member of staff at a pub.
Martin Logue of Peveril Terrace, Douglas, bit George Stewart's ear after being kicked out of Jaks on Loch Promenade, Douglas on the 31st of March.
Following his arrest, Logue told police he recalled speaking to Mr Stewart, but couldn't remember biting him
High Bailiff Michael Moyle bailed the defendant until the 29th of May, warned custody was a possibility and adjourned sentencing for reports.
