Campaign for healthy eating

The importance of a healthy and varied diet is the focus of this year's Cancer Prevention Week, underway in the Isle of Man.

Eating plenty of unprocessed food, including fresh fruit and vegetables daily, is increasingly seen as a major factor in preventing many forms of the disease.

Another is taking regular exercise.

Les Dorwood from the Island's Public Health Directorate says making health choices in the supermarket doesn't need to be expensive:
