Low entry for Young Musician contest

by isleofman.com 4th May 2007
Due to a low number of entries, the closing date of the Young Musician of Mann competition has been extended.

Normally it attracts a large number of contestants under the age of 19, but this year only six have entered.

John Bethell, Director of the Erin Arts Centre, is disappointed with the number of entries, but is hopeful there's more to come:

The closing date for entries is May the 8th and the first round will be on May 20th.
