One of the most famous T.T. riders of all time will commemorate this year's centenary event, ahead of a re-enactment of the first ever race.

Geoff Duke OBE (pictured) will unveil a plaque on the start line of the original course in St Johns.

The parade, which will feature 100 vintage motorcycles, is taking place on Monday the 28th of May from 10 o'clock.

The road closure is being marked by a vintage car, carrying the Lieutenant Governor, and the Chief Minister.
