Keys question on TT accommodation

by isleofman.com 1st May 2007
Statistics from the Department of Tourism and Leisure suggest we could be expecting more than fifty thousand visitors to this year's T.T.

In less than a month, hundreds of visitors will be arriving daily - but where are they going to stay?

That was a question asked of Minister Adrian Earnshaw in the House of Keys this morning (Tues): (first clip)

According to Mr Earnshaw, campsites will provide the most accomodation, but East Douglas MHK Brenda Cannell wanted to know whether adequate washing and catering facilities will be available?: (second clip)

Meanwhile, members also brought up another issue related to T.T. as part of the Minister's questioning. Michael MHK David Cannan asked whether the traffic issues outside the Villa Marina collonade will be resolved by then?: (third clip)
