If you are out and about in Douglas today, be on the lookout for the BBC's Street Doctor team, who start filming in the Isle of Man today (Tuesday).
This morning they were on Strand Street before heading to the Sea Terminal and promenade this afternoon.
Anyone can approach the team, with any medical complaint, no matter how big or small.
