Executive Challenge 2008

It’s billed as the premier development opportunity for young leaders.

The 2008 Manx Executive Challenge will be launched next Tuesday.

Organised by the Chartered Management Institute in the Island, it gives leaders of the future the chance to demonstrate their senior management potential, through working in a team, to address issues relevant to the Island.

Executive challenge chairman, Ann Clayton (pictured), says there are many benefits for both those taking part and their employers:
