Police are looking for witnesses to a complaint of careless or dangerous driving.
It happened in the area of Ballacrye, Ballaugh on Thursday 12th April between 2.35pm and 2.45pm
It's thought that a motor cyclist travelling in the direction of Ballaugh from Sulby may have information regarding a red car travelling in the opposite direction which overtook a line of traffic on Main Road, Ballaugh.
The rider of the bike is urged to get in contact PC Wood at Ramsey police station on 812234.
