Territorial Army returns to the Island

The territorial army has returned to the Island.

A 50-strong unit from the Catering Support Regiment Royal Logistic Corps is here for a week-long visit.

A national TA unit, the regiment will be travelling around the Island from this weekend, training and raising money for local causes.

They'll complete the Island's 98 mile coastal footpath in aid of the Army Benevolent Fund and the Manx Children's Hospice.

Sergeant Dave Sherval says the visit will offer a challenge (audio file attached):
