So now we know - the festival which opens with rock super group The Who - will close on the 5th of June with The Sugababes

Organisers are hoping the girl band, which has sold five million albums worldwide, really will push the button with the Manx public and TT visitors alike ..

Festival promotor Jonathan Irving says the fantastic local response to the appearance of Ronan Keating and McFly prove there's a great demand for 'family pop ' - and makes The Sugababes the perfect act for the closing night.

Matt Willis who re launched his solo career last year having won the TV show 'I'm a Celebrity' will be the support act

Tickets go on sale from 9am on the 18th of April.
