Warning for sailors

by isleofman.com 11th April 2007
Boat owners and keen yachtsmen and women are being urged to gen-up on basic safety procedures BEFORE they set sail. The recent warm weather has been tempting keen sailors out to sea - but for many of them it comes after a long winter break.
