Dot Tilbury pays tribute to Victor Kneale

Former Speaker of the House of Keys, Minister, MHK and MLC Victor Kneale CBE has died.He was one of the Island's best known politicians - and was also instrumental in setting up the Isle of Man Post Office.Dot Tilbury, from the Isle of Man Post Office, says it was Victor Kneales love of Manx history, when he was Chairman of the Authority, that provided much of the material for the world famous Manx stamps.
