Dog's eggs warning

by isleofman.com 6th April 2007
Don’t be tempted to share chocolate eggs with your pet over the Easter period.

That’s the message from the Manx Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, which is warning chemicals in chocolate can make dogs seriously ill.

Lyn Renshaw says although special eggs are available at pet shops for dogs, a better idea of a treat might be a new toy.

She says despite regular warnings, some pet owners do forget each year.
