New disc zone for Douglas

by isleofman.com 31st March 2007
Manx Electric Railway and Horse Tram users should be aware of a new disc parking zone in Douglas.

The Department of Transport has announced the new zone in Strathallen Crescent will come into operation tomorrow (Monday).

Vehicles parking there will be restricted to no more than two hours within any four hour period between 8am and 8pm every day.

People should instead leave their cars on the sea side of Douglas promenade, where longer term parking is permitted.
